I don't get nearly enough sleep during the week. I often don't lose weight--and sometimes gain--through out the week, even if I am completely on plan. Then the weekend comes and I sleep late and "woosh!" Just like I did this morning.

I agree. I figured this out several years ago. Love sleeping in for that very reason.
