First 4 weeks keto photo journal
I decided to take pictures of what I made for some meals in the first 28 days of my program. I'm hitting the ~20g net carb and am staying in ketosis according to strips and carb calculations.
These plates are usually thought up the day before with ingredients I have on hand. I still go to the grocery store probably every other day to fill in the things I run out of, like snack things (dry meats, olives, good cheese, etc.) Lot's of fun to do that and walk right by the bakery.
I've cooked every meal myself except two. 1) A garden salad yesterday while out and about and 2) Red Lobster Shrimp Feast (scampi on the menu).
I can't imagine how anyone could do this if they had to eat out every day or didn't want to learn how to cook. If you do, tell me where you go!
