Default Aspartame (Splenda) causes headaches

Spenda gives me headaches right after I consume even small amounts (1 pkt.) Is this common? Did you know that Sweet 'n Low uses aspartame instead of sacharin in some of their products? I though Sweet 'n Low was always sacharin, like their little packets. I finally read the label! Surprise!

Um...Aspartame is Nutrasweet brand, Splenda is sucralose. They can both cause headaches and problems in some people who are sensitive.
I'm personally lucky enough to be able to use either without trouble, but I guess some people aren't.

I'm sorry, I ment to say Splenda. Aspartame (Nutrasweet) is OK except for the fact that I can't loose weight on it. Splenda (sucralose) is the bad one for me as far as headaches. Sweet n' Low uses Splenda in some products instead of sacharine, so it was giving me headaches without me knowing why.

I learned to read labels the hard way too. My mistake was eating Sugarfree Jelly Belly jellybeans. They have the Splenda logo on the front of the bag in BIG print..but what I didn't see is that they were primarily sweetened with lactitol. They say "sweetened WITH Splenda" but not ONLY Splenda. You don't even WANT to know what lactitol does to my system. Trust me. I didn't have many friends THAT day.
