Plan: atkins diet
Stats: 200/201/140 Female 5'5"

Progress: -2%

Default Been eating low fat since january and...

I've lost 10 pounds. but, I have to admit I haven't been sleeping as deep and I was when I was following atkins and I've noticed that my hips, tummy and thighs are really holding onto body fat so while the scale
is going down, I'm not too thrilled with what I see on my body.

Now, I'm thinking seriously about switching back to atkins if now for the
bodyfat lose but for the wonderful deep, deep sleep I enjoy while eating lowcarb.

And, I don't like losing 1/2 pound a week. I like the weight loss I get
with low carb. Its so much more satisficing!

Now that I'm back on the wagon, my tummy is flatter again and my thighs are slimmer. And, I've lost 4 pounds too!

Its so weird how you lose it differently with low carb isn't it?? When I lost the weight with atkins before I was amazed at how narrow I got ! Best of luck !
