A good friend of mine loves to eat peanut butter and mayo sandwiches. I tried and didn't like it one bit. But, I am a huge peanut butter fan (a huge part of the reason for my weight gain). So, I try not to mix it with anything other than honey or jelly (pre atkins).

That brings up a weird food though. I used to make peanut butter and Nestle's Quik chocolate powder sandwiches. They were really, really good. Of course, Dr. Atkins would frown very heavily upon this practice.

A lower carb example would be:

melted butter mixed with a packet of splenda and some cinnamon or cocoa (spoon it or drink it)

melted cream cheese or sour cream with a packet of splenda and some cinnamon or cocoa (spoon).....I got this idea from this forum

Well, i haven't had too many weird instances with this WOE, but I do find myself eating tuna salad or steakums with cheese for breakfasts.. The weirdest thing I have eaten is goldfish crackers dipped in frosting.. lol (I was pregnant and obviously not on this plan) Oh, and I used to eat peanut butter and mayo sandwiches on white bread.. all of that sounds horrible now. lol
