Default Back to Basics!

Well, I did it. I went back to induction level carbs and I got rid of 5lbs this week! I'm not going to say I "lost" weight anymore because doesn't that mean it has to be "found"? lol.

I need to go back to these levels to finish up to get to my goal this year. Anyone else go back to induction levels? I'd love to hear from you. My friend and I are on a quest to be beach bunnies this year! (well, almost).

I been deeply concidering going back to induction but can't seem to budge my self..When I first did I went whole hog and never had a problem.. Guess Ive gotten a tad too comfy where Im at....(tisk tisk tisk)

Yep. I'm with a group that has gone WAY back to basics-- the original '72 plan.
