YES!!!!
My PB is my first reminder that I have not been eating OP. When I stray, it starts to rise, abive my "normal". It is my reminder , and kick in the pants, to get back On Plan to get the numbers dropped asap. Usually on ly takes a couple weeks.
Sooo I TOTALLY understand how thrilled you are. Keeep OP and heal you2r body. Then keep OP to keep healthy.
If I might add, I recently learned the value of vitamin K2, this is a unique vitamin that we mostly lack. It is the glue and the director of calcium-- sends it to the bones and the teeth where it belongs, and reduces teeth plaques and vessel plaques. WOrth looking into to support your heart health, and look into coQ 10.
