Default Anyone taking CLA ?

I've heard lots of good reports on CLA suppliments and weight loss, and SPII lists it as a suppliment for lowering blood sugar & losing stomach fat. And recently I was on another board, and there were over 400 posts from women taking it and most were really raving about the fat loss, especially in abdomen area. That board said you need to take 3.4 grams per day for maximum results.
Sounds very encouraging!! I just bought mine 2 days ago, but given my sensitivity to vitamins/meds/etc, I'm starting with less grams to see how my body reacts (so far no problems with 2 grams per day).

Anybody else taking it, and are you getting results?

I took it for a while to increase stomach acid. I didn't notice any of the other benefits, (mostly not as much heartburn from low acid levels) but I'm not exercising regularly and only have 10 lbs at most left to lose. Mine is mostly my hips and thighs. I lack abdominal tone, but am not really holding any fat there. So don't expect dramatic results.

Thanks for the reply. Do you remember what dose you were taking? Many of the women on the other board weren't excersizing either and were losing fat, but the 3.4 grams was the dosage (for most brands I've seen, that's like 5 pills per day).

I do work out in a gym, but have something going on with my abs....have the 6 pack alright, but nobody can see it under a ton of stomach fat...haha.
I'm gonna give CLA a try at least for a couple months. I appreciate your input, I'll keep it in mind so I don't get my hopes up on a magical pill.
