Hi everyone! I am 23 years old, and looking to lose 100 pounds! I'm currently 325 looking to be 225!!!!! I just had a baby about 7 months ago! My first goal is 20 pounds by march 21st! look forward to all the support!

There's lots of threads here that are giving me lots of motivation and I recommend the Triple Digits Threads. They're great and full of posts by people just like us, who know that this isn't about taking off a few extra pounds. It takes a different mindset, I would imagine, although any amount of pounds can seem insurmountable, depending on your body's resistance to weight loss.
