advice please

What do you make of a Cholesterol total of 274 with a 76 HDL? Try. are in the 80's. Thanks for advice.

Hi Edie,

As you'll see if you read the "sticky" thread on "Cholesterol and understanding its numbers" at the top of this forum, your numbers are great - actually protective against heart disease. High HDL and low triglycerides are what we need to aim for.
