Default Fitday question

Have been using Fitday for quite a while now...but have never figured out how to post the grams of sugar in something...I'm now cooking for my daughter while she recovers from surgery and she's a diabetic on insulin.

I've cooked for her before but just kept a handwritten record, this time I want to make it easier for myself since I also have to make sure she gets more than the usual amount of protein..while still sticking to my own eating plan...so I opened a fitday account for her.

The only catagory I can see it might belong under would be the alcohol one.
I've just assumed that it meant real alcohol...and am not a drinker so have ignored it...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...THANKS

Lynn

Can't answer your question - but have you tried the tool on this website, "M.Y.P.L.A.N."? There is a link on the menu bar above. It might do what you need it to...

with fitday, grams of sugar are included in the carbohydrate count since sugar is a carb.

My PLAN on here breaks the carbohydrates down to type.
