Why limit yourself to just Michigan LCers? You've got the whole world right at your fingertips.

Hi Deb, let me extend a welcome to this forum. As you say it is a great place. Where ever we live we are always there for each other.

Whilst looking for other low carbers locally you might like to also start a journal on this site as it is great to keep track of your progress, but just as important to give others a place to call in and visit. There is a sticky at the top of this forum showing how to start a journal.

Hi, I also just registered to this sight today. I am from Michigan (the thumb area) started doing Atkins on 4-15. Not as bad as I thought it would be, still have some of those NASTY sugar cravings though. Good luck. Hope to hear from you soon. lojodo13
