Talking So it is time to give away clothes

I have decided it is time. I have about 13-14 30 gallon trash bags full of clothes.

And I am doing the

Hey Kay, huge step. I brought my hubby along with me. Took a picture of the clothes in the trunk of my car.

I am surprised the anxiety and the fear that crept up and resulted in me crying.

My hands were shaking afterwards driving home.

It is me saying yes, I have a handle on this nice after all the failures, after all the wrong advice I took. I have a handle and have confidence that I will see my goal through and be able to maintain once i get there.

Such a powerful action...

Default I Did it

Just go home from dropping off my clothes at the salvation army. They filled my trunk, and back seat fully.

It was a very emotional reaction, one full of mix feelings and thoughts.

But I did it...

I burnt my big clothes from the first clear out as a kind of celebration I was never going back there! The following clear outs went to friends & family & the left overs to charity.
There's no better feeling than getting rid of half of your clothes! Better than a pound on the scales for me!
Congrats on your clear out glad you are doing the happy dance
