Unhappy induction question

I am on day 2 of induction and today at lunch while I was walking in the mall I felt like I was going to pass out! The only other time I have gotten this feeling was from when I was just pregnant and I learned to suck on a hard candy and that would help the feeling go away. My question is...is this normal to feel faint and what else can I do to have the feeling go away.

My menu has been as follows:

total water intake for the day is 100 ounces (totally normal for me)
BREAKFAST:
2 hard boiled eggs
LUNCH:
2 slices ham with mayo and mustard wrapped around a slice of medium cheddar cheese
samll salad with bacon bits and tomato topped with white vinegar and olive oil, salt, pepper and mustard powder
DINNER:
cereal bowl of pasta sauce with sausage, brocoli and cauliflower.

Today has been tha same so far.

Please help. I really want to loose these 20 lbs.

It sounds to me like you are starting carb withdrawal. After a couple of days I kind of felt light headed and weak.

DH experienced the exact same thing. It's just normal carb withdrawls.

Default What next?

So now that I ate the hard candy this will throw me off of withdrawl right?

What else can I do to ease this withdrawl. In my profession I can't go passing out.

For DH it only last 4 days, granted very long four days, but he did get over it.
Since you did have some candy it could mean another couple of days of withdrawl, but then again it may not. There is sugar-free hard candy you can buy in peppermint and butterscotch which might help, but that would be a last ditch effort, since you're in induction.
You should probably start carrying around some induction approved LC snacks for instances like this.
