Hello, everyone I have read all the recipes and their wonderful. I will begin the Adkins diet as soon as I read the book. (right Karen)
Karen I have a question for you. Your recipes for low-carb meals are out of this world have you ever thought of starting Karen's low-carb frozen food meals. Like Banquets but instead low-carb meals. Or do these meals already exist
You have a lot of supporters I would be the first to buy
Now there is something to think about! Do you know any venture capitalists?

No, but I'm really good friend with Magic Johnson the ex-basketball player and I get good advice from he. He has opened up about five T.G.I.F restaurant and as you know T.G.I.F started last year packaging there appetizers as frozen foods
