Default Bonnie's Get My Butt Moving Gym Log

Okay, here I go. I think I mentioned early on that if I walk around my apartment complex 4 times that it is a mile . I was going to start out slow. Doing one lap for a week which is a quarter mile. Then add a lap each week, until I get that mile.

Well, anyway, I havent been doing that . Its also so hot during the day that I have to wait and do it in the evenings.

I also have a Gazelle(shame on me for not using it) . Anyway I will probably start doing that in the morning then walking in the evening.

I wish I had been doing it all along I might have lost more weight if I had.

I will start posted when I do my exercise too, now.

Thumbs up Finally started a workout routine....:)

Okay, its almost 3 am and I know thats not an ideal time to work out...but I was awake and couldnt sleep..so I started part of my routine....I did workout with resistance bands.

Chest press=12 repititions
Chest fly=12 repititions
Standing row=12 repititions
Reverse fly=12 reps.
Over head press=12 reps
Lateral raise=10 reps
Upright row=10 reps
Biceps curl=12 reps
Overhead triceps extentions=12 reps.

I couldn't do the squats..My short round butt wanted to fall over...lol... (maybe if i keep trying).

Anyway there it is..day one...Now I am tired..lol..gonna jump in the shower and go to bed.....

I am starting my cardio this evening(thursday evening). I hope I can do it without keeling over...lol....

You posted this in my gymlog....just wanted to let you know that i have started working out with resistance bands. I am going to start cardio as well....

okay well i didnt get a work out done today, but i helped my mother get her house cleaned up which was a chore in itself...my body hurts like I worked out . Lot of lifting and moving things...lol
