Here are my Blood work results. I posted them in my journal, but thought I'd post them here so EVERYBODY can see. Anyone who says LC is bad for your health can think twice before they speak after they see my results!!!

Fasting Blood Sugar........90 normal................95 normal
Total Cholesterol............183 very good.........147 most excellent
LDL (Bad) Cholesterol......92 very good...........84 even better
HDL (Good) Cholesterol....38 low...................52 very good
Triglycerides..................263 high................53 most excellent

Thx for all the comments everyone. The results do confirm how much better I am feeling lately. Its nice to have this type of confirmation from the Doc, but I know that I look and feel great without the extra weight.
