Hello. If this is the plan from the coolrunnings site, then yes, there are a few of us (cathy44, superaunt, 301) doing this program.

DW and I are repeating the 2nd weeks program for the 3rd time. We missed running 2X last week, but we plan to run tonight.

I'm on week 2 as well. I've been repeating it too because I haven't been able to do a full week of it. I ran last night and hope to run twice more this week. My knees have been really bothering me so I went out and bought new shoes. I hope that helps.

Is there another thread dedicated to this program? I've heard a lot of good things about the Couch to 5k and that's why I'm giving running another shot. Good luck to you and your wife! I wish hubby would do it with me.

I just wanted to say Have At It!

C25K is how I learned to run. It's really an amazing program

I never, ever wish anyone luck. Luck has squat to do with reaching a goal.

I wish you success!
