Another mother of three(girls) here! Mine are 11, 7 and 9 months.

I wonder if it wouldn't help to drink some more, 3Girls. I think I need a snack in the evening, too. Sometimes a nice glass of tea hits the spot. And there's always sf jello!

I am finally on track today and feeling strong. I ran yesterday morning before work which is a huge accomplishment for me since I have to leave the house a little after 6am. I was fine all day and then got the cravings at night. Unfortunately I gave in and it was all over from there. For some reason I can't get over this all or nothing mind set. I rationalize going off plan for anything. Anyways- I am trying to take a different approach and have realized that I don't necessarily have to have perfect days where I do cardio and weights and eat perfectly and drink an x amount of water, etc to lose weight. I need to just focus on what I have done, not what I haven't done.
So I am back at day 1 (once again)
I am so inspired by the rest of you!!!! You have all done great!! I cannot wait till I get to report a loss!!

167 - woo hoo! (that is -2 from Wednesday)

This weekend should be interesting. We are getting together with friends. They are having a barbeque. Not sure if they are big 'sauce' people or what (they are people my husband has known, worked with, years ago). Hopefully the main course won't be doused in sugary bbq sauce as is often the case. The hostess emailed and told me she would be making sides, too, "like potato salad." Yikes. I told her I would make one, too. Found a cool recipe for a broccoli cauliflower salad with the mayo dressing, bacon, sunflower seeds. If all else fails, I can make that a meal. I will probably have a few light beers but otherwise intend on staying on task.

Do you have any of the sf syrups? Those are very good stirred into cream cheese or ricotta.

Day 5 ~~~ Feel much better, no nausea ~~

Iowagirl - Congrats on the 2 lbs loss. Have fun at the BBQ. I would definetly make something of mine own to take. The salad sounds really yummy!!

Madihah - Hey, look at the 2 lbs loss. You are doing great. I am having a craving for Choco & peanuts also. Steer away from them. They are not our friend.

Cynmom - You are in the right direction. Congrats on the weight loss.

Starting Weight: 188.5
Current Weight: 185

No loss but I do have a non-scale victory. I have on a pair of capri's that I have not been able to wear. They are a little loose in the waste but I can breath in them. Yay!! I was really excited about that.

I hope everyone has a great weekend. I won't be checking back in until Monday. Don't have internet at home. It is going to be a beautiful weekend here in AL. The highs are to be in the 80's. It is 77 now. Bye!!

Wow everyone is doing great!
Weekends are always the hardest for me, but I will be strong this weekend.

(My weight is still holding at 170, but that's ok w/me!)

Getting my water in is the hardest part for me on the weekend. During the week, I always have a bottle with me, but at home... not so much. Still, I'm showing another little loss...

Starting weight: 187
Today's weight: 184
Plan: Meat & Eggs (modified)
Day: 6

Even though I've been home on my own (a rarity!) I've stayed on plan. That makes me happy

Congrats, everyone! It sounds like we're all doing great! Two weeks will be over before we know it!

Great job CNYMom and Iowagirl!

I am still 170, but I was on plan all weekend, which is an accomplishment for me.

Today is day 8 for several of us...1/2 way there!

Congrats on the loss, Iowagirl! Murrie, my scale hasn't moved either, but I was also on plan all weekend, and I walked 6 miles over the weekend (WATP) and 2 this morning, so I'm fine with it.

Anyone here taking their measurements? You know one can lose inches without losing pounds.

Just checking in to see how everyone is doing. My weight is still at 170 .

Iowagirl, I measure from time to time, but I'm not sure how accurate I am. I measured about 2 weeks ago, so I will probably check again this weekend.

I did make it to the gym once already this week, so that's good. How is everyone else doing?
