A homemade egg/sausage (sausage is homemade too) bar with a bit of sugar-free hot sauce atop. 1 oz. half and half with my coffee.

My usual ... 3 eggs, 2 sausage patties, psyillium powder in flavored water (7g of fiber), and black coffee.

How is it that the thought of another egg two months into this WOE would practically gag me while these days I look forward to this delicious breakfast everyday? My brain finally wised up and now knows that the good stuff really is.

Made a Huevos Rancheros recipe I cut out of a magazine long ago - the recipe said tortillas optional and I didn't use them. Not what I would call Huevos Rancheros but it was still good. Homemade frappe, herb tea

Breakfast bar and 1 oz. half and half with my decaf.

Breakfast bar is homemade with plain ground pork spiced to be a breakfast sausage - spread into baking dish, baked, then topped with diced orange and yellow mini bell peppers, mushrooms, shredded cheese and lotsa eggs, baked and cut into bars.
