This is what I had for breakfast this morning, coconut milk and curry boiled ribs and cold sauerkraut. Fingers, spoon and bowl food doesn't look so good but it was f-ing delicious this morning looking out at the rain and cold

I heated some leftover taco meat in the skillet with some chopped jalapeno peppers. Scrambled in 2 eggs and added a touch of shredded cheddar. It didn't look as pretty as Thud's creation, but it hit the spot. I also had some turkey sausage. It is zero carb, but I don't like it as well as my usual pork sausage. The turkey sausage was on a good sale, so I decided to give it a try.

Made something I'm claiming Megcake - a meat and egg pancake with a little green pepper, garlic - topped off chili paste, flake and sauerkraut - This is weightless food, most people probably wouldn't eat sauerkraut plus you burn calories running away it haha - I eat probably too much of it (sauerkraut that is)

Enjoy your Memorial Day eating adventures!

That looks good, Thud! I love sauerkraut. It's been a staple food (snack, condiment) since I started low carbing.
