Default Nutritional Information Site?

I'm already using Fitday but sometimes I find that they don't list everything I would like to consume. Are there any other good websites where I can get the nutritional information on more products?

In particular, I was trying to find the carb count of cheese curds but I can't seem to find that anywhere.

Thanks for the link - I can probably use that website for other foods but they didn't have any non-fried cheese curds listed either

According to Corrine T. Netzer's "Complete Book of Food Counts", 1 ounce of fresh cheese curds .... 110 calories, 7.0g protein, 1.0g carbs, 9.0g fat

I love fresh curd. There's a cheese factory nearby, and I can get 'em squeaky and fresh from the vat with droplets of salty whey still clinging

Thanks..the cheese curbs had info on them too and they say '0' carbs for 1 oz but I'll just count 1 carb per oz too.

I love my fresh cheese curbs in the summer months so I'm glad those are compatable with LC living.
