I'm a little confused by your recipie. At the bottom where you list the carbs, you have two different types of carb counts. Why, and what diet do each of them go by? I do the Atkins, should I use the carb count or total carb count?

Welcome, KandM!

For Atkins, Protein Power, and nearly all of the low carb plans, use the carb count (also called net carbs or ECC, for effective carb count). The only plan I know of that uses the total count is The Hamptons Diet. The total count includes fiber, which is not digested and thus doesn't hit the bloodstream.
