I will try that fiber. I am using metamucil, seems to work. Dont know about carbs or sugar in it.
I am liking decaff and also diet rite cola. Try diet rite.
I stopped avacodo, and cheese. Trying to get better weight lose.

Hey John. Good work so far! Sounds like you have the determination and desire to make this work. Thats the hard part, so you're definately on your way. Did you start a journal yet?

I didn't realize that the coke with splenda could stop your weight loss. I wonder if that is part of what stopped me the last time I was doing this.

I did great then hit a plateau, then other things happened. But I wonder if the diet pop thing was part of it.

Hey John 2 miles a day is great! I can't do that yet.

Yes, I started a journal. I am tottaly into Atkins. Kind of injoy the food.

Try to get rid of all cafeine. Also try diet rite cola, not so bad. I think green tea is ok since it is herbal. If I can do it, you can also.

The two miles a night leaves my feet sore. My walk is up and down some hills. Will start exercising Monday. I'm doing the 8 minutes in the morning by Jeorge Cruse.

Loosing two pounds a week is ok, we would all like more. I plan to LC for a long time, maybe forever, so thats good.
