Yes, I started a journal. I am tottaly into Atkins. Kind of injoy the food.
Try to get rid of all cafeine. Also try diet rite cola, not so bad. I think green tea is ok since it is herbal. If I can do it, you can also.
The two miles a night leaves my feet sore. My walk is up and down some hills. Will start exercising Monday. I'm doing the 8 minutes in the morning by Jeorge Cruse.
Loosing two pounds a week is ok, we would all like more. I plan to LC for a long time, maybe forever, so thats good.
