Default Clothes getting loose in < 2 weeks

I started low carbing and working out right after the New Year (1/2/04). I do cardio for 40 minutes to 1 hour (bike, treadmill combination) and then I do weights for about 15 minutes. Its been 12 days and my clothes fit different already. I try to exercise everyday. Although I did miss 2 days in a row over the weekend. The best part is my energy level is way up. Also my will power seems stronger the day after I exercise. I always think that my exercise will go to waste if I pile on bad foods the next day.

I did it!! I really wanted to skip exercise today but I didn't give in to that urge. I did cardio for an hour. (20 min. treadmill; 40 minutes bike)

I came down with the flu and have not exercised since 1/14/04. That's 3 days without exercise (I did situps and worked out with my dumbells yesterday, but its such a light workout). I still don't feel like I can handle a cardio exercise yet. I am still fighting my cold. I will do a light workout again and I am doing low carb shakes as meal replacement to cut back even more on calories during this metabolic lull.
