Question Atkins Stuff

So I see and understand that the whole row of Aktkins stuff in my "health" food store is not for me.... besides being kinda scary it is extremely expensive. My question is about the book. I have been reading the "old" book. Should I buy and read the "new and improved" one? Thanks

Peace and Light be with you all today
