Hmm. Ok - so nutritiondata at least has listed this one. Does that mean it's values are correct for the other things? If so, that would mean that a diet made up totally of animal products, and minus beluga whale eyes is very deficient in vitamin E.

As you can see I'm still playing around with the idea of going 100% animal - but I want to know where are these missing nutrients going to come from?

Seems like all the good animal sources are sealife.

Sealife is good. I'll see if I can find Beluga eyes at market in the morning.

Other animals such as fish can produce Vit D from their diet ... if it is a natural one including algae, lichen or grass (hence farmed salmon are a poor source)

So go get some free range, grass fed lard!

Farmed salmon are fed other fish (whom do eat the algae) therefore farmed salmon are good if not better source for all nutrients as wild salmon (better, because all the good stuff is in the fat mostly and farmed salmon have much more fat than wild salmon).

You know Woo - I think this is true. I eat a lot of Chilean farmed salmon - the back of the packet lists ridiculously high levels of omega-3. Get this - a single serving has like 9g of omega-3. That's 9 GRAMS of the EPA/DHA stuff. That's more than I ever took in pills. Well if it's high in n-3, then they are feeding the salmond fish or algae, so I'm happy!

I know it can't be a lie, either, because I feel the effects of omega 3 strongly (in mood/well being) and when I eat a boat load of salmon skin, I feel *terrific. My skin looks *far* better than it ever would eating the same amount of say chicken or beef fat as well, which is another way I know it really is loaded with the stuff.
