Hmmm my brand of powdered stevia says 1/10th of a teaspoon is equivalent to two teaspoons of sugar (sadly I read the container AFTER making rhubarb and strawberry pie with it.. ergh! lol).
Thanks for the cocunut slice recipe! I'll have to give it a go! Where it says "2 cups coconut", is that the fleshy stuff or desicated stuff or something else?!
