Unhappy Hello!

Monday again already? Was on call all weekend (so was skinny husband!) and fairly busy......at least TOM is over and my last Celexa is tonight!

Today: Celery with blue cheese dressing for breakfast, roasted red pepper, salami, and cheese for lunch and dinner probably pasta (easy to make since we're both still on call).

Default help

I really need to get going on this food plan again. I've been eating carbs about every other day for the past few days. This plan is so easy to follow, but I can't manage to get it together. Why?

Default check in...

I AM SO SICK...........

I can't stop going to the bathroom. Stomach working overtime and I don't even know if I can make it to work tomorrow... missed today...

So I didn't have breakfast...

Lunch: home made cream of mushroom soup (which didn't stay long)

Dinner: little fries & chicken fingers... which I can tell from my churning stomach, won't stay either...

Drinking water to keep myself hydrated. God knows that doesn't stay eithe.... (having a pitty party here...)

Talking Greetings & Salutations

Josee.......... sure hope you get to feeling better soon.

I did my weekly averages today. I have lost another two pounds. I love "two pound weeks". They are so much nicer than "one pound weeks"............ one is good........ but ahhhhhhh.......... two pounds!

I had due cause to wear a skirt today. I had to pin the skirt in more than it had been pinned the last time I wore it (6 weeks ago or so). I keep thinking I need to go shopping for clothes but I hate to because this is not the size that I want to stay at. Also, my pantyhose fit! Now that IS something!

Down the road I think I will have to do a total closet makeover!

Must run.........
Hugs,
Libby

Josee, so sorry to hear you're sick. A cup of hot tea perhaps? Sending sympathy for sure.

Rain, fix snacks ahead of time, so when you want to grab something, you'll have the CM ready and waiting. A lettuce leaf with some meat of your choice and olives.

Libby, way to go on the safety pins.

Animaldoc, did you know that red pepper can cause cravings in some?

Unhappy Hmmm....

I think I forgot that......it was a yummy lunch, but maybe I'll cut it out until I'm more on track.

I'm having trouble too Rain....I think it's my life right now (since I did this WOE before with MUCH success and it was easy) since my husband and I are not very happy right now. We're not unhappy with each other, but with our life-looking for new jobs and can't wait to finish the ones we have now (June 28th not that I'm counting)........

Feel better soon Josee! Stay hydrated.....

I'm feeling better, the sun is shining, and hubby's coming home tonight!!!

What a beautiful week we've had. I can't believe this weather. 30 degrees!!!!!!!! Too bad I was too sick to enjoy it but hey, life goes on.

Meals yesterday:

Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: NOTHING - I was afraid of being sick at work. Bathroom is far away!!!

Dinner: bacon & cheese burger + 1 bowl of home made cream of mushroom soup... Mmmm good.

Hope all of you are doing well... the nice weather is taking you all away.... so few posts lately...

Default Checkin' In

Josee:

Thirty degrees is nice?!? Too cold for my bones! Been in the mid to upper 80's here all week. (Now THAT'S a heat wave!! )
Glad you're better!

I do my weekly average tonight, and it looks like I might have dropped another 1/2 pound on average! After that stall for so long, I'm thrilled with the small loss!

I did cut out the Splenda-sweetened tea last week and haven't had any binge-causing cravings this week.....one or maybe both of those was the culprit.

Take care all!

Hey Flo!

I think that she must have meant 30 degrees Celcius, not Fahrenheit... 30C is like 86F

Wish I could say that it was that nice here, but I guess that still gives me some time to trim down before having to sport my bathing suit!!

Hope you're feeling better Gracia!

Cheers!

KC

Talking Three Months and counting

I am a few days away from reaching my three month mark since restarting CALP. I know three months isn't very long, but on the other hand I feel so comfortable doing CALP that it feels like I have been living/eating this way for much longer. Three months and 33.5 pounds. whew!

I will throw my penny into the wishing well and hope to eat this way for the rest of my life.

I feel so much better now. I feel active and alive, I feel energetic and happy......yeah, much happier.

I think I am having a great day!
oh...and I am a half a pound lighter today!

Libby

Unhappy

Lowco..........so what it is you are eating for these past 3 days. I need to do the same. I had the step-kids home for a visit and ate a ton of Cho Chip cookies yesterday. Went totally out of control with them. I couldnīt believe myself. If I ever had any doubt that I was a carbaholic, I donīt now. I feel like I need to do something to "clean up" a little, right away.

Do you have time to post a bit of what you have been and NOT been eating? I think it might motivate me and I need it, believe me. I am kicking myself right now. I am looking forward to my visit to the US in 10 days and donīt want to feel bloated and miserable on the long plane ride.
Thanks from Sverige!
