seriously considering doing exercise 2 x's a day

I know I can't do 3 x's a day like I did years ago I just have too much to do now
but I know I can do this I have to
I want to keep losing at least 5 lbs a month to hit my goal by next summer when i graduate again from college and hopefully find another job

have to get my act together
have been watching my new exercise dvd's so I can start working out again
I might try doing 15 min at a time to get back into the groove
it has been 11 days since i really did any exercise so it will be like starting over again.

I can't believe I went this long without really exercising no wonder I am feeling the stress and feel so flabby
my clothes are tight

I don't lik e doing this but I don't have enough time to be picky
I should wait for my high blood pressure meds to kick in but I don't have time

in the mornings when I feed the dogs and don't have to worry about them getting into mischief that is when I can exercise

I did only 10 minutes on the exercise bike and I am feeling it already

it sure doesnot take that much time to feel and lose whatever fitness you have when you quit exercising

it is going to take time for me to work up some time again
when I feed the dogs maybe I can put a load of wash in to we will see what happens

have to be careful getting up out of chairs and bed also

been put on a no salt diet and to absolutely stay away from caffeine
