Hi Leah, and welcome! I live on New Brunswick and have never been able to find the Davinci syrups, you'd probably be better off buying them online.

Congratulations on your amazing loss! Since you say you're at 188 now, you might want to change your stats to reflect that. It always looks better in print!

Hi folks,

I've done low carb before when I lived in NL. Now I'm living in Moncton, and my husband is a big supporter of The Protein Power diet. As for me, I'm a carb addict, so I can't go without carbs altogether. I find myself looking for low carb options. I order low carb items from www.thelowcarbgrocery.com. Its located in Toronto and they ship!

Hi everyone I'm new here and also 12 days into induction on Atkins. I'm in Fall River, N.S. Does anyone know if Tim Horton's Blueberry White Tea has any carbs? I haven't had any but really enjoy it and would love to have a cuppa!

Hi everyone! I'm in Fall River, N.S. 13 days of Atkins Induction. Doing well on it but frustrated as well with lack of LC products in our area. Gave up the search for pork rinds. A little worried that I purchased some Atkins shakes from sobeys yesterday and had one....didn't know about hidden carbs in them..eek!

Hey folks,

Another maritimer here in Moncton, NB. I moved here seven years ago and noticed the same thing. We should do something about it! I was thinking about getting a speaker in or at least a viewing of Tom Naughton's move Fathead.

Thoughts?

things seem to be improving wrt product availability--at least a little bit. I am in Dartmouth NS as well and my husband & I have been at this since March of last year. Big thing for us is variety. We both like to cook (so I seldom get the chance lol) and are into gourmet food. The biggest challenge I have (other than cost) is to come up with interesting, new ideas. Summer is easier without question but winter is proving to be harder.

Smile How do I post photo after the fact?

Hi ... I am a new maritimer ... Almost 2 years. Nice to find a group to talk to ... Not many friends out in the country, especially when I feel fat, ugly and shy!
I don't know how to start this! Any help is appreciated!
