and what have your losses been like on SP?? I used to do Atkins, but lately I find it to restricting. I am thinking of doing SP. I am a total mess. I am 22. I am around 60 pounds overweight, my blood pressure is 160/105, I have acne for the first time ever, depression, ....etc.
You can check out my journal for my daily menus...should warn you that I don't follow SP to the letter though... in the beginning I really followed the menus she sets out with some variations.
I have been at goal...regained a bit due to some life circumstances and now I'm kind of holding on for dear life...not the diets fault though.
My loss has been great...I got to goal in January and had started last June. I work out quite a bit which really helped a lot.
