Thanks for the link Leslie. Yeah, I noticed most of those health benefits whe first going LC back in 2001. I knew shouldn't have had the 1/2 hamburger bun, but it was a free meal, so I had it anyway. I know that I'm intolerant to it. (Bloating, blood sugar issues, digestive issues, etc...)
