Default Fat Burning Zone bunk.

This again is from the great Alwyn Cosgrove. It may have been posted before but I'm not sure. But it dispells the myth of having to be in the "fat burning zone" to lose weight.

I think Arc may have posted it,but here it is again

That' a great article Arc..Thanks a bunch.

I think there is a new wave of great trainers right now who are really doing some cool stuff and really turning things upside down.

Cosgrove, John Alvino,Craig Ballantyne, Jason Feruggia, Dan Johns and others seem to be carrying the torch with leaning toward HIIT and using weight training for fat burning.
