Default Greek Lemon Chicken

I write this Directly from Greece... and this recipe is very common in every single restaraunt.

4 large chicken legs with thighs attached
or 4 chicken breasts.

1/2 cup olive oil

1 tbsp oregano

Juice of 2 lemons

coat both sides of the chicken with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, and pour on the lemon juice and bake skin side down in covered pan in the oven at about 350 for 30 minutes.. then turn over and finish baking.. remove foil for last fifteen minutes to brown.... delicious.. and can be done with pork as well. Measurements are approximate.

The lemon flavor gets through the olive oil coating? Do you baste while baking?
