Help! Profile Pic

I've resized my profile pic to 270x300 pixels, and it shows that I have uploaded it onto the site, but when I hit "save changes" it tells me there was an error and I have no profile picture. I've tried too many times to try again, can you help?!

I took mine all the way too 100x100 pixels
still tells me that
