Default switching from Atkins to CAD

Has anyone had success switching from Atkins to CAD after they have reached their goal?

I have,

I went back to CAD/CALP:

On Atkins I never knew how my blood sugar would react before LC dieting I used to be sad, isolated and lethargic. On Atkins I never knew when I would get a "bad" day and also gain 5 or 10 kilos for no "obvious reasons" then loose them again never knowing what the next day would bring.
I have tried most diets and done insanely amount of research on the topic.

After going back to CAD again I am satisfied and have a "good feel" in my chemistry and loosing wait again. (I started with the CAD in 1999 and lost 17 kilos.)

"Insanely great" as Steve Jobs would say. I am a carb addict and only CAD
seems to do the job.

Had a smal danish and some ice cream in my RM last night

Gratefully

Thanks for your response! Good to know that once I reach maintenance I can switch to something that seems like it would fit into my life a little bit better.
