No aquafit for the past week as the pool has been closed. No fun

Back to the gym and did a little more today.

This is what I did:
Rotex - 3 minutes at level 2, 125 - 130 kph - up 1 minute
Abductor - 4 sets of 20 at 30 kg
Two handed Pull Downs - 4 sets of 20 at 25 kg
Pull Down forward left arm - 2 sets of 20 at 5 kg
Pull down forward right arm - 2 sets of 20 at 5 kg
Two handed chest pull - 2 sets at 15 kg
Upright rows - 4 sets of 20 at 10 kg
Leg press - 4 sets of 20 at 100 kg - up 10 kg
Treadmill - 10 min at 3.7 kph - up 0.1 kph
5 min at 3.0 kph

Felt fine afterwards.

Thumbs up Aquafit on Wednesday

Back to aquafit, thank goodness. I've not been for 12 days and the pool has been closed for 7. Had a good session with Mandy. Some of the muscles hurt a bit when I stretched them. Don't know if this is a reaction to the gym exercises or not having been to aqua for a while. Anyway, all went well.

Booked in for next Wednesday.

Had a great session with Mandy today. Feel that I am doing more after my gym visits, so that is good. Certainly notice some of the muscles aching!

Afterwards swam 4 lengths of breast stroke.

As I could not go to aquafit yesterday I went today. Had a great session with Mandy. A good 45 minutes work out. The water was a bit cold today.

Had a good, short session. Learnt how to use the rowing machine.

This is what I did:
Rowing machine - 10 minutes at level 3
Abductor - 4 sets of 20 at 40 kg
Upright rows - 4 sets of 20 at 15 kg - up 5kg
Treadmill - 10 min at 4.0 kph -up 0.1 kph
5 min at 3.5 kph -up 0.1 kph
2 min at 3.0 kph, 5% gradient

Felt fine afterwards, although my shoulders ached a little from the rowing. The session lasted around 35 minutes.
