Gymn on Tuesday
Had a good, short session. Learnt how to use the rowing machine.
This is what I did:
Rowing machine - 10 minutes at level 3
Abductor - 4 sets of 20 at 40 kg
Upright rows - 4 sets of 20 at 15 kg - up 5kg
Treadmill - 10 min at 4.0 kph -up 0.1 kph
5 min at 3.5 kph -up 0.1 kph
2 min at 3.0 kph, 5% gradient
Felt fine afterwards, although my shoulders ached a little from the rowing. The session lasted around 35 minutes.
