i eat eggs galore and any type of meat that has a lot of fat that way i don't get hungry. i eat tons of hot wings my favorite and bacon burger bowls also. not real plan just as long as its a meat or egg dish i am for it. i stick with it until i get a craving for say a salad than i break and eat one. my body does best the lower the carbs and higher the fat i eat.
