Basic Basic - I don't usually eat breakfast during the week but do on the weekends. 3 Eggs in bacon grease with Nice hot sauce I found, have not tried the black label - good!

In a hurry this AM, so fried egg "sandwich" on lettuce leaves with mayo. Yogi black Sweet Tangerine tea and homemade frappe.

3 low carb mascarpone crepes, 3 sausage links, and "maple" syrup. I make my own with powdered erythritol, maple extract, and xanthan gum. 0 carbs and 0 calories!
