Default hazelnut meal/flour

This was on sale so just ordered some (Bob's RM brand). I love almond meal, will use this in the same way, as pizza crust, mixed into yogurt, stuffed mushrooms. Anyone have other suggestions? I haven't tried it yet, not sure what it tastes like. The almond meal has a great toasty flavor.

Hazelnut flour is good, but has a pretty strong "nutty" flavor. I think it goes really well with some flavors, like chocolate or berries. But I would be careful using it as liberally as almond flour. My husband doesn't seem to like the taste much.

Thanks for the tip! Haven't tried it yet, looking for a recipe that's not for baked goods like muffins, etc. Found this cracker recipe that sounds promising, I'll try it soon and let you know how it turns out: http://www.djfoodie.com/Hazelnut-Cracker
