Hi weezerchic
It took a couple of days for the hunger pangs to go away. Sometimes now I have to remind myself to eat, I only remember my head feels a bit swimmy and light.
However, sometimes my emotional hunger kicks in - my body's not hungry at all but my mood dictates that I want to eat carby junk. I can usually squash it down with a fatty snack!
