Hi people
I am down to loosing my last 10 lbs to be my normal weight. As predicted it is a bit slow. Not a stall I don't think but just slow. I decided to go back to induction for a few days. This is my second day on zero carb s. Should I do any more or back to eating my allowance of carbs ??
