Default First day on Meat and Egg Fast

Started at 194 today and for breakfast ate three eggs with a dash of cream and two strips of low sodium bacon..have brisket for a snack (no sauce) and chicken breast for lunch. For dinner two eggs with steak....hoping to break this stall once and for all...

i eat eggs galore and any type of meat that has a lot of fat that way i don't get hungry. i eat tons of hot wings my favorite and bacon burger bowls also. not real plan just as long as its a meat or egg dish i am for it. i stick with it until i get a craving for say a salad than i break and eat one. my body does best the lower the carbs and higher the fat i eat.

Mine does better that way too. If I try to eat less fat I don't lose any on my body!!

wow I have to tell you if this morning is an indiction to what is going to happen I am in..for the first time since I started atkins I am down to my lowest in years..granted its still high at 193 but after not losing a pound in over two weeks I am jumping up and down..I am in with the egg and meat fast.....I was feeling a bit nauesated last night but I just drank more water....
