I looked up the Stillman's diet thing. I think this is what is referred to here as the meat and egg fast? It said you could have ketchup on it. Is that true? A little bit of ketchup has 4 carbs. I'm confused.

Moderate amounts of ketchup are permitted. Actually, quite a few condiments are allowed. Google Stillman and you'll find all the diet info you need. I've lost 30 this year and am on my way to 50...it works!! You want to achieve ketosis....once you're there, you cruise.
