Hi guys,

I get tired of having eggs every morning so I have having the following and I love it. It holds me over for a long time and also keeps me regular!

What I do is make a version of flax bread:
1 tablespoon of salted butter or coconut oil melted in a small bowl
Mix in one egg, 2 heaping tablespoons of Golden Flax Meal and a touch of baking powder (maybe a 1/4 teaspoon full?). Microwave for 1.5 minutes.

Turn it out onto a plate and then cover with old cheddar sliced thin (about an ounce or two) Put back in the microwave for 45 seconds to melt.

Yummy way to start the day

You can use regular flax just make sure it is ground up. I find the golden has a lighter taste (less bitter) and I much prefer the look of it in baked goods. It is slightly more expensive but not alot.
