Default fat percentage

just read the book and thought it made a lot of sense. however, how depressing it is to find out that i am 43% body fat. has anyone been doing this program a while and seen the fat percentage decrease? i think measuring my fat percentage was more of a shock than getting on the scale.... i am now more motivated to keep up the exercise and weights.

Cece, if you look at my stats you'll see that I started at about the same place you did. 42.6% BF. I had measurements I was ashamed of! But 7 short months have brought me here. If I had continued eating low fat, calorie restricted I shudder to think what my measurements would be today!

This WOE does work - I can add that my cholesterol is great, my blood pressure is normal and I now sleep through the night.

Have faith - things are going to get better from here on out!

Yep! I started at 50%, and that was quite a shocker! I haven't checked my BFP in a while, but I imagine it has gone down considerably!
