Has anybody tried this with Mozzarella string cheese? I'm definitely going to give this concept a try - it sounds amazing. But all I've got in the fridge for cheese are the pre-packaged string cheeses and shredded cheese.

I nuke 2 slices on parchment paper, then put another slice in between while they are still hot for a grilled cheese like treat.

This was really decent. I wish I'd had some chicken salad but all I had was cream cheese and a jalapeno slice. Loved it.... Mine took 45 seconds.

I cut Queso Blanco into large chunks and put in the fridge covered with water overnight to remove the excess salt. Then I cut them into 1" cubes and nuke on parchment paper...absolutely delicious, and very bland, so can go with either sweet or savory dips.
