Taebo - Cardio
I've started doing Taebo cardio workout, and I wanted to know whether anyone here has tried it before or not. And if anyone has, is it any good? Approx how many calories does it burn? It's about 50 minutes in length.
I'm not sure I just started the Beginning which is about 30 minutes... It was a good workout and kinda fun so I look forward to building up to the advanced tapes!
I've done it and it works. I managed to lose 22lb and 3 dress/pant sizes without changing my eating habits and doing tae-bo. But that took longer than on LC lifestyle plan. And it's a lot of fun, you feel stronger and have more energy.
