Unhappy Help

I have been on the low carb for about a week and a half. I know its a change of lifestyle and eating habits but seriously when do you see the weight coming off. I guess I feel a bit thinner in my face but other sites I have gone dont seem real like this one. People say they loose up to ten pounds in the first two weeks I really havnt seen anything. Its easy to get dissouraged but I really wanna look healthy and GOOD. Time and excercise dont go so well with me but I try do what I can. I dot know any kinda confidence boost would be most helpfull.

Hello! Looking at your stats, you have very little weight to lose. Most of the people who lose a whole lot of weight on Induction tend to have a lot more weight than you do to lose. It looks like you've lost two pounds in a week and half- that's a good rate of loss!

Low carb will still work for you- the closer you are to your goal weight, the slower it will be. Stick with it and you'll be fine.

Welcome! You're doing really well for a woman with 15 lbs to lose! Just continue as you have been. The weight will come off.
